By accessing or using Bless My Child, operated by Idika Enterprises, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian to create an account and add child information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Bless My Child provides tools for tracking child health, education, reminders, memories, and discovering local services in Gurugram. Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Subscription access is granted after payment confirmation or manual admin approval. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
You retain ownership of any content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and display that content solely to provide the service to you.
You may not misuse the platform, interfere with other users, upload unlawful or harmful content, or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
Bless My Child is provided “as is”. We are not a medical or educational institution and do not replace professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
